Most AI engagements ask you to trust a proposal. Ours asks you to judge a working demo. The First Cycle is priced so the decision is easy, and everything after it is priced in writing before it starts.
Three stages. You know the cost of each before it starts.
Stage 1
USD 1,000 one time, AED 3,670
If we miss the written criteria, the fee comes back. One condition: the clock, not the criteria, ends the cycle.
Stage 2
Your blueprint becomes a quotation. You choose the term: 3 months, 6 months, or annual. The rate varies with the term, the scope is fixed, the SLAs are in writing, and every stage is prepaid. You will know the full number before you commit a dirham past the first thousand.
Stage 3
Use case two starts where use case one finished, because the Manifold already knows your business. Most additions happen mid-contract, when the next bottleneck becomes obvious.
Free pilots are priced to be ignored. A paid cycle gets senior attention from both sides, and USD 1,000 is deliberately small: it buys the scoping and the demo, not the build.
Because the honest answer is: it depends on scope, and anyone who quotes you before scoping is guessing with your money. The blueprint exists so the quotation is exact.
You pay USD 1,000 once, before the cycle starts. Two to three weeks later you hold a blueprint and a demo you can judge. If you sign, the thousand comes off your first invoice.
