The First Cycle

The First Cycle is a paid scoping engagement. We find the work that costs you most, write the blueprint, and put a working demo in front of you. Then you decide, with the full picture.

How the weeks run.

  1. Week 1

    Diagnose

    We sit with your operation: the numbers nobody trusts, the calls that cost the most, the work that eats people. We map your sources and pick the one problem worth fixing first.

  2. Week 2

    Blueprint + build

    We write the blueprint: scope, building blocks, blockers, and success criteria in plain language, signed by both sides. Then we assemble the MVP on demo data shaped like your world.

  3. Week 3

    Demo + decide

    You judge a working demo, not a proposal. With the blueprint priced, you choose a term: 3 months, 6 months, or annual. The USD 1,000 is credited in full. If we missed the written criteria, it comes back instead.

What you keep either way.

Walk away after the demo and you still keep the blueprint: your problem mapped, the blocks named, the criteria written. It is yours to build with anyone.
